I know that there are alot of gps systems out there for the sighted. Most talk when you're traveling but the ones that I've seen don't when you're setting them up and entering in the information. That said, I've only seen the ones for driving. Does anyone know of an accessible mainstream gps system for walking? Thanks.
I just herd of one yesterday that was for the I phone. It was only 70$ But it was going to be 99$ after a certain date. Though it is not strictly for walking you can use it as such. Just what I herd.
i think there are a few for hikers and bikers but i don't know if you can use those with the maps of regular cities , and or how accessable they are. Most mainstream ones though only do driving directions it seems. best option i can think of is one for a symbian based phone as its the most cost effective solution i can think of at the moment .. i am sure someone here will correct me if i am wrong.
